Regrets Regrets. We all have them. There's always something you wish you could've done better, something you could've done differently, something you should've or shouldn't have done. A mistake in life. And sometimes you try so hard to make up for it but you just end up making it worse. And sometimes, it actually ends up working, and the world, at least yours, is once again at peace. Regrets are just a part of life like dreams and hopes and wishes. People wake up every morning and go about their daily lives: some breakfast, some lunch, some dinner, maybe a snack in-between, maybe a job to work at, maybe a personal project to help them get through theRegrets by ~Horizon-Rise

the rain showing through my little glass window.
I watched as the wind blew harder
and the rain grew into a deep crescendo.
I had seen the dark clouds swirl together,
as if they were more than mere bad weather,
but I shook the thoughts away
letting my mind stray.
My beating heart grew wild
as I thought of you and smiled.
I picked up the phone to call
but you didn't answer at all.
I thought nothing of it and went outside.
I let the rain fall down on me.
My shadow went to run and hide,
but I stayed under that maple tree.

Nothing new or exciting.
But then.. there he is.
The hair that makes me smile,
those beautiful eyes that make me swoon
and knocks the breath right out of me.
I can't take it any longer!
He's standing there with open arms,
expecting me to say "I LOVE YOU" when he whispers in my ear.
And as much as I want to, I can't.

I get good grades, I’m at the top of my class.

I dress like a decent girl should, but you still act as though I leave the house in a string

Every living thing dies, this is because
Life is death, as death is life.
There is no life without death, like there is no death without life.
To live forever is simply to exist, one does not truly live if one never dies.
That being said, I would rather die one hundred times and know that I have lived one hundred lives
